Delivery / Shipping Policy

 

Proof of Delivery: Customers must retain the signed or confirmed proof of delivery receipt.

Shipping Conditions: Orders are carefully packed and shipped in secure packaging.

Delivery Fees:

Local Delivery (Lebanon): Free for orders above USD 100 (or equivalent in LBP). A flat fee of USD 4 applies otherwise.

International Delivery (including UAE): Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

Delivery Time:

Local (Lebanon): 2–3 working days

International (UAE and other regions): 5–10 working days depending on destination

Payment Confirmation: Customers will receive an email confirmation immediately upon successful payment.
