Refund Policy

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and processed within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the issuing bank.

Refunds and returns apply in the following cases:

The wrong product was sent.

The product is defective or damaged during shipping.

The product has been tampered with or is not as described.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If a refund is not applicable (e.g., for custom-made or personalized pieces), this will be clearly stated at checkout before purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team.

Cancellation requests after shipment cannot be accepted.

In case of cancellation before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.

No cancellations are allowed for customized or engraved items.
